Which organisations are eligible to become a member?

Any organisation registered as a company or an NGO offering services in the space of education, training and development. The annual turnover in the past two years should not be more than 5 crores for any year.

The organisations should not have any history of litigation against them neither should there be any current court cases against them.

What are the institutional membership application requirements?

Joining application requirements:

  1. Financial Statements for previous 2 years P&L (Profit & Loss/Income & Expenditure statement)
  2. Certificate of Incorporation copy
  3. Any Tax exemption certificates/registrations copy
  4. Application form
  5. Membership Fee
  6. PAN Card copy
How long is my membership valid for?

Membership is valid for a period of 12 months from date of initial approval

How can I pay the membership fee?

The membership fee can be made through Cheque/DD/Bank Transfer

Can I make an online payment?

You can make a bank transfer online, if you have netbanking facility. Please contact us for further details.

Do I have to pay service tax on the membership and renewal fee?

Yes, currently Service Tax @ 12.36% extra (annual subscription and entrance fee) is payable and will be subject to change as per prevailing rates in the future.
